# Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by AVI Transportation LLC. By booking a ride, you agree to these terms.

## Service description

AVI Transportation provides non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) — wheelchair and ambulatory rides — across the Boston Metropolitan area. We are not an emergency service. For medical emergencies dial 911.

## Bookings & cancellations

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day rides are accommodated when our schedule allows. Cancellations within 2 hours of pickup may be subject to a fee.

## Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to schedule and provide your ride: your name, phone, addresses, and any mobility needs you choose to share. We never sell personal information.
